back again

we are home!

we enjoyed a relaxing, good time together as a couple, but we were ready to come home again to our kids. i guess that's a good thing!

still have a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact we've been married 10 years. makes me feel a little old, but i just won't think about that. I am blessed to have this man as my husband.

aruba was how we left it 2 years ago. we love it there for many reasons. it's a small, friendly little island that is bursting with God's handiwork. i love animals and you don't get to see these every day in lancaster, pa....

An eel:we snorkled twice, ate great food, and tried doing a photo shoot in honor of our 10 year anniversary. rod was a good sport about doing this, i had this in mind weeks before we came. nothing fancy, just photos of us w/out kids hanging off us.

We spent a couple days walking and swimming to little tiny islands off the coast of our beach. It was fun and scary at the same time! The one island was over a 5 minute swim away and i just tried hard not to think about what was swimming underneath me!

The airport was right next to our beach. This about sums it up....The beach, rental car, and Rod's hat! A refreshing vacation, how thankful we are.
