Fried Chicken

I love this recipe for fried chicken. I think it came from Taste of Home. When i don't know what to make i think about what Rod orders at restaurants. When he came home tonight he looks at the meal and says "hey, this is what i would order at a restaurant!" It was funny, i never told him i do that.

Fried Chicken:
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. corn meal
1/4 c. corn starch
1 T salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/4 c. water

In a large bag, combine the dry ingredients. In a bowl beat eggs and water together. Dip chicken in egg and place in bag. Shake until coated. Heat oil in skillet and fry chicken on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Place in pan and bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
